AN INTENSIFYING LOW PRES CENTER WILL MOVE FROM VIRGINIA TO NEW YORK STATE OR WESTERN NEW ENGLAND BY TUE AFTERNOON. THIS LOW WILL MOVE TO EASTERN CANADA TUESDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL CROSS THE WATERS WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD TOWARDS THE WATERS FROM THE WEST ON THURSDAY.
