THE FRONT WILL MOVE NORTH OF THE WATERS SUN NIGHT AND BE TRAILED BY A PLUME OF TROPICAL MOISTURE ON MON FROM A TROPICAL SYSTEM OVER THE CAROLINAS. A WAVE OF LOW PRES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS FROM THE SOUTHWEST MON NIGHT...FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONT TUE. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD OVER QUEBEC WED WITH THE SOUTHERN EDGE REACHING ACROSS NEW ENGLAND.
