THESE BANDS COULD PERSIST INTO MONDAY NIGHT BEFORE EXITING EAST OF THE WATERS TUE. HIGH PRES WILL BUILD OVER QUEBEC WED WITH THE SOUTHERN EDGE REACHING ACROSS NEW ENGLAND. THIS HIGH WILL SHIFT EAST OF QUEBEC AND NEW ENGLAND ON THU. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS FROM THE W ON FRI.
