Low pressure will intensify into a Gale Center as it heads northeast toward southern Quebec tonight and Wednesday. Low pressure moving off the Delmarva peninsula will scoot south of the waters on Thursday. Another low will approach the waters Friday night into early Saturday heading toward Nova Scotia on Saturday. High pressure builds over the waters on Sunday.
