.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Low pressure will move up the eastern seaboard late tonight and
Wednesday bringing areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms, then
move to the Gulf of Maine by midday Thursday. Another low will
across the waters Saturday morning. High pressure will build in
from the west late Saturday and Sunday.
