Tropical Storm Jose will become nearly stationary southeast of the waters over the next few days and slowly weaken. Mariners can expect the highest winds and heavier rain bands across the waters off the south coast through Friday morning. A ridge of high pressure may build over the waters for Sunday and Monday.
