Synopsis: AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL USHER IN BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES AND NORTHWEST GALES TO THE WATERS LATER TODAY INTO SUN MORNING. AREAS OF HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY ALONG WITH ARCTIC SEA SMOKE ARE ALSO EXPECTED. HIGH PRES WILL THEN BUILD OVER THE WATERS SUN NIGHT INTO MON AM. AN INTENSIFYING LOW PRES CENTER WILL MOVE FROM VIRGINIA TO NEW YORK STATE OR WESTERN NEW ENGLAND BY TUE AFTERNOON. THIS MAY BRING SOUTHERLY GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS TO THE WATERS.
