LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE MID- ATLANTIC STATES TO NEAR CAPE COD BY FRIDAY NIGHT AND EXIT THE COAST SATURDAY. A SECOND LOW PRESSURE AREA PASSES SOUTH OF THE WATERS SUNDAY AND MONDAY. HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS FOR TUESDAY.
