Synopsis: A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL THEN CROSS THE WATERS TODAY. GALE FORCE NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT. ANOTHER LOW PRES SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP NEAR SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND LATE FRI INTO EARLY SAT AND QUICKLY MOVE EAST OF THE REGION. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED BY AN ARCTIC OUTBREAK THIS WEEKEND. AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY AND GALE FORCE NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS ARE LIKELY THIS WEEKEND AS ARCTIC AIR MOVES OVER THE OPEN WATERS.

HIGH PRES WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS SUN NIGHT. THE HIGH WILL THEN MOVE EAST OF THE WATERS ON MON.
