Synopsis: POWERFUL LOW PRES OFF THE MID ATLANTIC WILL MOVE NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT. THE INTENSE LOW WILL PASS WELL TO THE SOUTHEAST OF THE WATERS MONDAY AFTERNOON BRINGING STORM FORCE WIND GUSTS AND VERY HIGH SEAS. MARINERS ARE URGED TO RETURN TO PORT IMMEDIATELY.

ADDITIONAL AREAS OF LOW PRES WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST OF THE WATERS TUE AND WED. LOW PRES MAY DEVELOP OVER THE WATERS ON THU. FINALLY...STRONG HIGH PRES WILL BUILD TOWARD NEW ENGLAND NEXT WEEKEND.
