LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES TO NEAR CAPE COD BY FRI NIGHT AND EXIT THE COAST SAT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD NORTH OF THE WATERS BY SUNDAY.
