LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE MID- ATLANTIC STATES TO NEAR CAPE COD BY FRIDAY NIGHT AND EXIT THE COAST SATURDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD NORTH OF THE WATERS FOR SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
