THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE A PERIOD OF HURRICANE FORCE WINDS LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. MARINERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO RETURN TO PORT BY EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON.
