AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY AND GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS ARE LIKELY THIS WEEKEND AS ARCTIC AIR MOVES OVER THE OPEN WATERS. HIGH PRES WILL THEN MOVE OVER THE WATERS BY NEXT MON.
